What is Oversized Cargo?
Freight that exceeds the dimensions of a container, rail platform or flat rack, or exceeds equipment weight limitations.
Bulky goods can be variety of objects (heavy equipment, construction machinery, etc.) which in size, weight, or both parameters exceed the characteristics established by the rules of road, rail or air traffic for goods carriage. If the cargo is too large, it cannot be carried in ordinary containers or by conventional types of vehicles. All parts of the transportation service should be specially devised in the case of non-standard goods. It's no secret that every mode of transportation may have a different capacity, which is regulated by the manufacturer. Specialists do not have a list of items that are not suitable for carriage in one form or another, since every day this data is changing.
